Thank you for shopping with Body Hack Fitness. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.
Shipping Partners We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers depending on your location and the nature of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at bodyhackfitness1@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Undeliverable Packages Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be subject to a re-shipping fee. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International availability may vary by product. If international shipping is available for your order, it will appear as an option at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
